STRESS MANAGEMENT IN LOCKDOWN !!

Stress! it is one of the main reason for the many health problems and what is more dangerous is that due to covid-19 pandemic the stress level in an individual has a gradual increase whih can be seen in their daily behaviour . Since the pandemic has been in the news the people are have more stress because they are thinking about the quarintine process and some of them are thinking abourt their businesses and some are thinking about how the they will survive the panic of food shortage all these things are getting in between the stress management process of the individual.


Now let us consider what can we do to have a better stress management ability:-

  • Do not forget your normal routine:

So try maintaining the same routine as you were having before the pandemic and stick to it . as  most if the individuals having the children are comfortable and will have ease in adopting the old routine but for those who ere having work from home try to get up early , excercise and sat and cook different  meals etc.

  • Avoid the news coverage about the pandemic:

As an individual has no work right now in the pandemic and they have quite a plenty of time free so this can cause you to search over the internet and watch news and if you concentrate more on these things you will have more stress and there will be chaos of your thoughts. also you should use the internet only for useful information and just going with trend use the official websites and right news channels.

  • Take the help of a counsellor if needed:
