CRIME IN LOCKDOWN !!

 Where lockdown was a good opportunity for many to stay home, some were not safe at home. Women in India is not safe at all. And the lockdown has worsen the situation even more. We could see a huge rise on crime rates in our country. It has lead to many issues like domestic violence , rape threats, cyber crimes, divorce rates and much more.  Things have become really miserable and it's hard to cope up with every situation. The mental ability of people is not stable. People are scared and depressed which is becoming a problem for others as well. This time is extremely sensitive and something needs to be done otherwise the future of our country is in danger. If the women of our country is unsafe both at home and outside, the country can't move ahead . 

We need to acknowledge these issues and create awareness for the same . Recently I watched an interview of the person where she was showing her a victim of domestic violence  with her gestures. I wonder what must be the mental situation of the person who is living under the same roof with Accused. Every minute must be scary for them. Coronavirus might have no cure but the increase in crime rates can be stopped if proper action is taken against the accused. 

Coming to the increase in cyber crimes, we have been using social media since a very long time . But in lockdown it has increased even more. There are many people out there  who have nothing else productive to do and are trying to create a problem for other people. This needs to stop. Cyber crimes severely harms the mental happiness of the person . Nowadays even kids of age 11-13 are using social media and been a victim of cyber crimes.

What is happening in the world. One solution created a problem for other things. Lockdown might be able to save us from global pandemic but  the country has still not be able to give a strong punishment for the accused. It's important to consider each and every aspect of the situation . People who lost their jobs , having no other source of income , have a hard time to be mentally stable. A person who is in a good state of mind would never do such crimes that would force the other person to give up their lives.2020 has been very challenging year. It's tough to handle situations which are becoming worse with each passing day. We need to take an initiative to create awareness of the issues and save the victims from unwanted situation .Where we saw opportunity to develop new skills and be more productive during this lockdown, some were stuck at home as a victim of crimes. They didn't get a chance to utilize this time for themselves.
