HOME WORKOUT IS THE NEW NORMAL

FITNESS 

Lockdown might have locked us indoors but we need to figure out ways to be physically and mentally fit. We need to believe that there is a solution for every problem and be positive during this pandemic. It might be challenging for some skip gym and workout at home. Many people have realized that physical fitness is not just remain fir but also keep you focused and emotional wellbeing. Even though laziness seems to be the new normal these days but it's important to be active and focus on self-care. As we have been busy with our professional and personal lives, people are spending time on workouts by watching virtual fitness videos of popular fitness enthusiasts. 


I have realized if we don't take time out of our routine for physical activity, then we are exposed to various tensions, depression and loneliness. When you workout daily, it gives you a sense of achievement and gives a positive vibe no matter how negative the situation is. It diverts your attention from present scenario and your mind gets fresh and stays focused. Through digitalization, home workouts are a great substitute for gyms. One might think that it is not possible to workout at home with less space, but home workout is a great idea to start with beginner exercises that can be done in a given space. 

It's not necessary to do heavy workouts but physical activity is really important during the whole day. It keeps us away from various health problems like obesity, depression and various other diseases. Nowadays people are more focused on practicing yoga and meditation. They feel even better as it is excellent way to keep calm and positive especially in hard times. It stretches our body and relaxes our mind. We get better metabolism and glow on face.

So I want to say that healthy mind and body is the only way to fight this pandemic situation. There might be other ways as well but taking up fitness challenges will give us the best effects and solution to many problems.
